5kg body weight: 3 1/2 pouches or 2 pouches + 40g dry food daily
10kg body weight: 6 pouches or 3 pouches + 75g dry food daily
20kg body weight: 10 1/2 pouches or 5 pouches + 125g dry food daily

Take care when switching foods to ensure that the feeding quantities meet the needs of your dog. If you dog is overweight, reduce the daily feeding recommendation.
